Features
The digital vortex flowmeter is composed of a field-proven sensor and housing, and applies digital electronic technology with SSP (Spectral Signal Processing) function. We have sold more than 200,000 vortex flowmeters, and based on this, we have developed digital vortex flowmeters. Even under harsh working conditions, digital vortex flowmeters have high accuracy and stability. Due to its strong reliability and reasonable design, digital vortex flowmeter can improve the efficiency of equipment, thereby reducing production costs.
Basic technical specifications
New features with SSP (Digital Signal Processing) technology
The SSP is part of the digital vortex flowmeter circuit. SSP can analyze the fluid conditions in the digital vortex flowmeter and use the analyzed data to automatically make optimal adjustments according to the usage conditions. SSP can correctly detect vortices in low flow areas, thus significantly improving metering stability.
It can judge and display usage conditions such as large pipeline vibration and abnormal flow patterns.

Alarm Output If an alarm occurs, an alarm signal will be output.
Status output (flow switch function) When an alarm occurs, the alarm signal is output by the contact. In addition, when the flow rate is lower than the set value, a signal can be output by the contact.
Converter is compact Equipped with BRAIN/HART communication and panel setting buttons
